Conditions of return

Each item comes with 30 days return or exchange.
Since each ring is made to order and handmade, there will be 30% handcrafted fee to be deducted/charged when returning the ring. It cannot be recycled after finishing. The rest refund will be refunded in 5 business days after the returned item is received.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All products must be unworn and in the original condition and packaging.

Kindly note that, the following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
-Over the 30-day return period
-Rings with engravings
-Custom orders
-Ring size smaller than 2.5 US or larger than 10 US
-Worn, damaged, altered, or not in its original condition
