We offer 30 days return policy, no matter the metal is silver or solid gold.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Rush Order
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refundable Fee
Every jewelry in our store is handmade. It cannot be recycled after finishing. There will be handcrafted fee (35% of item price) and shipping fee deducted, others will be refunded in 5 business days after the returned item is received.
Warranty:
There is a Lifetime Warranty, plus 1 year FREE tiny stone sending service if there is a manufacturing defect. After that,$100/year for Minor repair(such as resizing, replacing 1 or 2 small stones).However if the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.
